How our white-label customer management software works

The white label platform will integrate with your current software systems to enable the seamless management of membership and bookings. We refer to this as an APi (application programming interface). We take care of this integration during your Onboarding and will work with multiple different software platforms so it does not matter how many different systems you operate.

Members and Customers will be able to manage and book their experiences at your venue all through one account either using an app branded to your venue name or members and customers can access their account by logging in via a website.

Bookings will be made based on live availability so there will be no double bookings. Once the booking has been made it will appear in your venue’s booking system instantly. If the members preferred time is already booked out in your system it will not show as being available in our system.

Members and Customers will be able to manage their account via our white label platform to include topping up their account with more points, renewing their membership/package, and adding guests to their account.

Using points to make purchases

The key benefit of using points to make purchases is you are able to influence and control the value per visit that your venue can obtain. Often we see membership categories with unlimited access but with points you can create a matrix to determine the value that each day and time zone has. For example you may wish to encourage members and customers to use quieter times of the day so you can increase overall footfall at off peak times.

The only difference with members and customers purchasing packages up front is that with our white label solution your members and customers purchase a set number of points in advance, the number of points purchased would be determined by you. These points are then added to their account at the point of purchase to then be redeemed against the activities linked to that package. Points are deducted from accounts as activities are booked.

More often our existing white label clients use our reporting for their monthly Board Meetings. Key metrics such as membership growth, revenue and profit, membership profiles, booking profiles can be provided by your dedicated account manager.

Furthermore, your account manager will be analysing the data to make some recommendations to you based on the data they are reviewing. Our reporting is designed to provide the level of information you require at your fingertips to save you time having to do it.

Multiple system payment and billing solution

For resorts who run separate systems, for example, golf and leisure, but offer an unrestricted membership. Which system then collects the membership payment?

Using XVIII can organise that billing process and send payments directly to the resort. Furthermore, our system will manage the membership part, including registrations and restrictions. Everything you need for billing, payment and membership is under one platform.
